Caroline is Head of the Communication & Engagement Unit at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) since January 2023. With more than 15 years’ experience in corporate communications, she leads external communications and the EIT’s engagement with its stakeholders. Prior to this, she was Head of the EIT’s Communications Section, managing the Institute’s corporate communications and responsible for the organisation’s campaigns, media relations, digital and social media presence, and events.
Caroline began her career in the private sector with stints in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and in the banking sector. Prior to joining the EIT, she worked at the European Commission in various roles. She studied International Business and German at the University of Warwick and holds a Masters in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde Business School.
