Joii (Ireland) is a women’s health company developing a smartphone-based medical device to objectively measure menstrual blood loss. Founded by Justyna Strzeszynska, the company combines artificial intelligence, clinical research and laboratory expertise to support earlier diagnosis and better monitoring of heavy menstrual bleeding. Through 28DIGITAL’s Innovation Factory and Speed Master programmes, Joii received funding, mentoring and commercialisation support to advance its technology and prepare for scale.

EIT Digital has supported Joii at the points that mattered most. Through its Innovation Factory programme, we received funding that let us push the core technology forward. The Speed Master programme gave us hands-on advice and mentoring that helped sharpen how we approach commercialisation and scaling.
