Vicky serves as Investment Committee Member on InvestEU, the EUR 26.2 billion guarantee fund of the European Commission, supporting equity, debt, guarantee and special instruments through the EIB and other IFIs and NPBs. Also, she is a Member of the Board of the European Innovation Council (EIC) and a Non-Executive Member of the Board of the innovative pharmaceutical company, Lavipharm, in Greece.
For the last 12 years she has been the Head of Investments for Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC), leading economic monitoring and equity and debt raising efforts for investments across the Middle East, Caspian, Africa and in Europe.
Vicky has served as Investment Committee Member on the EUR 33.5 billion European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) and on the Global Future Council on Infrastructure at the World Economic Forum. She is also a member of the UNECE PPP Experts roster, contributing on SDG, PPP, gender and climate resilience issues. Vicky is born in 1969 in New York and holds a BA in Economics from the City University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Pace University also in New York.
