Njomza Berisha is a Fundraiser and Project Manager at MasterPeace Global Foundation, a multi-award-winning grassroots global network of NGOs, social enterprises, and artists, active in more than 40 countries in the world.
With over eight years of experience in civil society across Kosovo, the Balkans, and Europe, Njomza has designed and led projects, campaigns, and programs advancing gender equality, youth empowerment, peacebuilding, and social cohesion – often working with complex communities to strengthen inclusion, participation, and resilience.
Njomza is passionate about writing and campaigning, she has raised visibility for human rights and mentored young entrepreneurs and changemakers through programmes such as Podium, Ponder, and UPSHIFT, helping them transform ideas into impactful startups and community projects. Njomza is also a Board Member of Club Alpbach Kosovo and alumna of the European Forum Alpbach.
