Nominated for

EIT Changemaker Award

Iryna Kyrpychova (Ukraine) is the founder and CEO of Tatoshka, a Ukrainian children’s clothing brand that has been operating for more than 25 years and currently provides employment for 35 families. She participated in the EIT Culture & Creativity NEB Fashion Adaptor Programme 2025, which helped her explore European approaches to sustainable fashion, circular economy principles and digital transformation. As a direct result of the programme, she initiated a project to install a solar power station with energy storage systems to strengthen the resilience of the company’s production facility during electricity disruptions. The programme also opened new opportunities for international cooperation and sustainable partnerships with European brands.

The programme gave me a fresh perspective on circular economy principles, sustainable production, and digital transformation. It also provided an opportunity to connect with entrepreneurs and experts from different European countries, exchange experiences, and discover new ideas for business development. For me, participation in EIT Culture & Creativity became not only a valuable learning experience but also a source of inspiration for future improvements and new projects focused on sustainable business development.
