Join an exclusive workshop exploring how AI is reshaping investment journeys and what it takes to ensure those systems reflect the future we want, not the biases of the past!
Current uses of AI in early-stage investing can be seen in workflow automation, and productivity gains. Studies show generative AI could add up to 3% annual productivity growth by 2030. These tools can also surface blind spots: overlooked markets, underestimated founders, or ideas that traditional filters missed. Yet AI is not neutral: as an example, only one in seven top-level VC investors in Europe is a woman, and women-founded startups account for only about 2% of VC funding in most European markets. Without intentional correction, AI will absorb these dynamics, not solve them. It will model yesterday’s patterns, not tomorrow’s possibilities. Leaders who define AI as infrastructure, rather than magic, gain an edge: they test tools against their values, question defaults, and adapt systems that genuinely strengthen their judgement. They ensure that the lens shaping their decisions remains theirs.
