NUCAPS (Spain), which is developing a new generation of Health Inside functional ingredients through proprietary Microencapsulation technology with proteins. NUCAPS focuses on industrial applications of encapsulation solutions based on food proteins for oral administration and controlled release of substances, providing development services and proprietary ingredients for various industries. By improving the production of stable, easily absorbed, healthy, and natural nutritional ingredients, NUCAPS contributes to enhancing nutrition and health globally. By actively participating in accelerators like EIT FAN, NUCAPS leveraged networks and international contacts provided by EIT Food.  

NUCAPS improves people's nutrition and health as we help to produce better food, supplements and drugs by making nutritional ingredients stable, easy to absorb, healthy, and natural.
