EIT RIS Implementation Framework (Updated 2025-2027)

This Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS) Implementation Framework aims to provide the European Institute of Innovation and Technology’s (EIT) Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) with guidance fully aligned with the EIT’s strategy and priorities for 2021 to 2027, as contained in its Strategic and Innovation Agenda and in coherence with the Horizon Europe Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. This 2025 edition of the Implementation Framework focuses on the 2025-2027 period. In this context, it updates the EIT RIS Implementation Framework, adopted in 2021 and revised in 2022 covering the 2022-2027 period and also incorporates the elements formerly contained in the EIT RIS Hubs Minimum Standards and Guiding Principles, adopted in 2022.
