How to apply?
If you meet the criteria outlined in the Rules of the Contest, submit your application through the Funding & Tenders Opportunities portal for the relevant prize category:
Prize categories
In 2027, the prize will be awarded in three categories:
- Women Innovators: For women founders and co-founders from the EU and countries associated with Horizon Europe. Prizes: €100 000, €70 000 and €50 000.
- Rising Innovators: For promising women innovators under the age of 35. Prizes: €50 000, €30 000 and €20 000.
- EIT Women Leadership: For exceptional EIT Community members whose innovation and leadership are making a strong impact. Prizes: €50 000, €30 000 and €20 000.

- Applications open: 2 September 2026
- Information session: 17 September 2026, 11.00 CEST – Register here
- Deadline to apply: 1 December 2026, 17.00 CEST
- Award ceremony: second quarter of 2027
