EIT Community Officer in Kosovo

EIT Culture & Creativity is seeking a qualified legal entity or consortium based in Kosovo to act as the EIT Community Officer (ECO) for the EIT Community Hub in Kosovo for the period 15 November 2026 to 31 December 2027, with a possible 12-month extension in 2028.

The selected provider will act as the central operational and coordination point for EIT Community activities in Kosovo, strengthening the visibility and impact of the EIT Community at local, regional, and national levels. The EIT Community Officer will be responsible for implementing joint activities, engaging diverse stakeholder groups, and fostering synergies between the EIT KICs to maximise community outreach and innovation uptake, acting as the one-stop shop for EIT Community activities in Kosovo.
