By the present public procurement procedure, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) requests services for the provision of Certificates on Financial Statements on expenditure incurred by EIT Grant Recipients in the implementation of the Specific Grant Agreements. In order to ensure the provision of these services, the EIT intends to conclude a multiple framework contract in cascade in accordance with Article 104 of the Financial Regulation.

The maximum overall value of the framework contract for the four-year period is EUR 3 960 000.
