The EIT is now organising a call for expressions of interest with a view to establishing a reserve list for Contract Staff (CA) for the profile of Administrative Officer. The place of employment will be Budapest, where the EIT seat is located. Applications from female candidates are strongly encouraged.
The Administrative Officer will contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of administrative processes of the relevant units at the EIT.
TASKS
The Administrative Officer will contribute to the EIT’s work by performing the following tasks and activities:
- Ensure the development of new and revision of existing policies and procedures in the area of the
relevant unit operations; - Contribute and/or coordinate implementation of existing policies and procedures in the area of the
relevant unit operations; - Coordinate administrative processes and horizontal activities within the Unit, including planning,
organising and following up of meetings and organisation of missions and logistics; - Contribute to effective communication and maintaining relations with external stakeholders in the area of the relevant unit operations;
- Drafting letters, notes, minutes, presentations and reports as well as prepare internal administrative
files; - Ensure proper document management;
- Contribute to and participate in cross-cutting projects throughout the EIT related to the areas of
responsibility; - Contribute to the financial and operational management in the area of responsibility, including
procurements, implementation of contracts, payments and reporting; - Contribute to the achievement of the EIT’s objectives through inputs to horizontal coordination
activities, teamwork, proactive internal communication and inputs to the work of colleagues.
The jobholder may be asked to carry out any other tasks, corresponding to the profile and grade, as deemed necessary in the interest of the service.
