We are looking for an Education Project Officer to join our headquarters in Budapest.
Tasks
- Provide the Unit’s education teams with content and project administrative support in implementing relevant activities on strategic steering of KICs and supervision of KIC education activities.
- Support in monitoring, including extracting and collecting relevant related information from the KICs annual reports and help in data and information collection from the KICs.
- Provide the Unit’s education teams with support in the organisation of events and meetings
- Support the preparation of procurement procedures, contract management and contracting of experts.
Requirements
Woking hours
- Full-time job, 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday
- Office presence is required, location is Budapest
Professional experience
- Experience in implementation of EU projects or programmes
- Previous experience with drafting reports, concept papers and analytical documents
Qualifications
- Completed university degree
Language skills
- Excellent/ Proficient command of the English language (C1 Level based on the Common Framework of Reference Languages)
IT Skills
- Computer literacy and in particular good knowledge of MS Office
Other Skills
- A pro-active and dynamic working attitude
- Ability to work well in multicultural teams
- Ability to draft concept papers and analytical documents
- Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferences
- Experience in working with EU institutions
- Experience in working with national authorities in area of innovation
- Knowledge in the field of managing or controlling EU grants/funds programmes
