Welcome to the latest edition of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) Newsletter. We’re excited to share the latest developments and milestones from across the EIT Community. As Europe pushes ahead in green tech and digitalisation, the EIT is seeding innovation through deep tech training, circular solutions, and inclusive entrepreneurship. This spring, our network is helping ideas take root and scale across Europe.
The winners of the 2025 European Prize for Women Innovators have been announced, celebrating exceptional women shaping Europe’s innovation future. The EIT also continues its strong support for the New European Bauhaus, as a flagship European Commission initiative for sustainable, inclusive, and aesthetic innovation, with a newly published roadmap charting the path for 2025–2027.
Meanwhile, several EIT-supported startups have been recognised among 2025’s leading Greentech innovators by TIME and Statista. And InnoNext, a new matchmaking platform, is now connecting EIT talents and startups with innovation opportunities across Europe. Finally, don’t miss the upcoming EIT Water Info Session on 7 May, where we’ll explore the evaluation process for the call for the upcoming Water KIC.
